I’m super excited about this episode of the Learn With Lels podcast. In this one, I chatted with Oseko, a Courtice-/Toronto-based rapper and fellow Holy Trinity C.S.S. graduate. We had a great conversation about:

  • how his Kenyan roots and experience as the “token Black kid” impact his perspective;

  • how he’s been able to deal with doubts while pursuing his music career;

  • his purpose and personal growth; and

  • his music, especially his most recent album, Sankofa.

  • I hope you enjoy this conversation, and definitely be sure to check out Oseko’s music. (It’s an older one, but my personal favourite song is “The Shit” https://soundcloud.com/oseko/the-shit.)
